A benefit event by the Eisenbahnmuseum Halle (Saale) e. V. together with the Kollegas project collective, in cooperation with the Deutschen Bahnmuseum, under the patronage of Dr. Alexander Vogt, Mayor of the City of Halle (Saale).

We invite you to join us for an extraordinary benefit evening. Come along on A Journey of the Senses, a Culinary Cinema Concert where film, live music and culinary delights come together to create an immersive experience.
The evening features the classic film “Murder on the Orient Express” (2017), accompanied by live oud music by Omar Ali Shalash and culinary storytellingthat continues the journey from oriental to French flavours.

But this event is more than just an event format. It is a benefit evening for the Eisenbahnmuseum Halle a place that preserves an important part of Halle’s history and has a future thanks to the dedication of many people. Together, we create an experience that brings culture to life, brings people together and at the same time supports the preservation of this special place.

There are three ticket categories available:

1. Classic
Film + Culinary Experience + Live Music: 44 €
The Classic category combines film, culinary experiences and live oud music to create a sensory cinematic experience with Murder on the Orient Express. With flavours and sounds leading from an oriental starting point to French nuances, the route of the film is recreated atmospherically, bringing the journey of the famous train to life.

2. Premium
Classic + Museum Tour: 59 € 
Our most popular package: In addition to everything included in the Classic category, guests can enjoy a personal guided tour of the historic Railway Museum Halle – a tour filled with stories, details and insights into 120 years of German railway history.

3. Exclusive
Classic + After-Movie Drink: 120 € 
An exclusive experience: Following the film screening, we will serve a digestif in the historic presidential carriage from 1938. To round off the evening, you will enjoy the unique atmosphere and a rare opportunity to take a closer look in a small group at the railcar that was converted into a presidential salon car for the President of the Halle Reichsbahndirektion in 1956. Half of the ticket price goes directly towards the work of the Eisenbahnmuseum Halle (Saale) e. V.
